Analytical Development
The projects of the analytical development research line seek to develop and validate methodologies for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of extracts and substances of plant and marine origin and synthetic compounds. Therefore, we use High Performance Liquid Chromatography with different methods of detection (HPLC – UV/Vis, HPLC – DAD e HPLC – IR) as well as spectrophotometers with UV-Vis.
